Scott Earnhardt is a graduate of the SFUO course “CDQC” ’93, and has trained in some of the most challenging water environments in the world. In addition to his training, Mr. Earnhart taught SCUBA to a wide host of military and recreational students throughout his career. Mr. Earnhart specializes in teaching and instructing others in becoming recreational scuba instructors and is a Course Director with Scuba Educators International. With the help of NDCM(DSW/EXW/SW) Hopkins, John D., authored a military segway program that allows former DOD, military and NATO divers to utilize their experience towards credits in civilian equivalent diving programs. Mr. Earnhart is also a Level 2 Underwater Inspector focusing primarily on bridges,  sea walls and inter-coastal water structures.
